We love reading, nature and culture. We are fascinated by the different worlds within us and around us. Books, forests, mountains and museums have shaped our lives. LARIXPRESS came into being thanks to this enthusiasm. The name larix (Latin for larch tree) stands for our native landscape, the word press is an acknowledgement of the cultural tradition of the printed book and the artisanship that characterises our digital creations. With our e-media for children, we wish to raise awareness about nature and life, encourage reading and multilingualism and mediate culture in a new way with the options that the digital world puts at our disposal.

Dear parents,
Our stories take the whole family off into a world of fantasy and knowledge where adventure and entertainment are guaranteed – and learning too.
These days, children grow up with computers, the internet and mobile phones: they are effectively digital natives. In an increasingly technological world where everything changes at such a fast pace, it’s hard to keep up. We are parents ourselves, and we know how difficult it is to identify valid ideas that will help our children develop and learn from among the wide variety of products on the market.
We wish to make a contribution to this process and offer high-quality apps to promote reading and early language learning in children of between 3 and 10 years old.

The app for your museum
Often, museums do not have the necessary hardware at their disposal and have difficulty selecting and funding suitable equipment. We will be happy to help you in this matter and support you in every aspect of your plans so that we can develop individual solutions together. We can then offer you the business model that best suits you.
Financing via admission charges
If you select this model, then a previously-agreed percentage will be calculated for you for every visitor. This solution is ideal if the audioguide is included in the museum price. The museum then has added value in terms of media that pays for itself.
Rental and leasing
With this model, we do not just take care of the app programming, but also supply the technical devices of your choice: smartphones or tablets, charging stations and headphones.
All-in-one package
